Exactly. Any goal that exceeds 85 wins from this ball club is really pushing it. I'll personally be happy if we fall anywhere in that range. Even a touch under 80 isn't horrible. Moving in the right direction!

I predicted 84 wins before the season and if we can get that and Adam Jones signed long term, I will be a very happy camper.

Usually, the bullpen is burned-out by mid-April.

If this series proved anything, it's that the Orioles and Nationals are pretty evenly matched. Orioles fans should be acknowledged for their reasonable deportment in Washington.

Crazy to say... but I miss Rob Dibble.

Nats announcing is like being on a Car Showroom floor.

FP is an aquired taste, he did seem a little amped during the series, and yes he wouldn't shup up, but he can be informative, carpenter's ok, I like it when he's out and we get good ole' Johnny Holiday in his spot.

I just felt like both of them were talking directly to the Baltimore audience too much. As if trying to let us know just how awesome these players on the Nats are.

A touch of that is fine... but it was way too consistent through out the broadcast i felt...tiring.... just my opinion.

I mute the broadcast for the O's-Nats game, they have been insufferable in years past and I'm done. Hunter in particular used to boast about O's players like a proud father, it's embarrassing.

yeah, the whole thing is like treating this as a big (masn) family get-together.... and I'm not sure the viewer cares at all.

The oriole announcer keep in mind that two teams are playing when the Os score but FP goes on like a prepubescent girl when the nats get a hit.

    acquired taste?
