Nobody threatened the president in the audio, they simply questioned the teacher's fact of the day about Romney being a bully. They asked about Obama bullying someone. The teacher went on to tell them they can't disprespect the president. She of course, then goes on to disrespect Bush by calling him "*****ty. The students seem to be more of the adults in the conversation than the teacher.

And the libbies fall silent, since they really have no legitimate explanation for their fear and paranoia about criticism of their flagging and discredited Husseinic messiah.

The conversation began with alot of yelling back and forth, but like any other class
discussion, it became civil. The teacher and her student's came to a understanding
    in the end.

I didn't get a chance to listen to the audio. I was just giving the teacher the benefit of the doubt.

In debates over politics, sometimes things get heated and say things that could be perceived as threats to the President. I've witnessed this in person and in many Facebook posts.

In this case, it seems like the teacher was in the wrong.

However, if nothing else, this case proves that the idea that liberal teachers and college professors indoctrinate students is pretty much BS. People form their own political opinions and philosophies based on their environment and experiences. I went to a pretty conservative college and had some conservative professors but I pretty much reject the conservative world view.

Threats against the President could get the kid thrown in jail. What did the kid say?

I have no idea, but I bet he said if he were old enough to vote, he would vote for Romney. SO that was his crimethink.

    A student asked:

    “Didn’t Obama bully somebody, though?”
The teacher started to get angry and said:

    “Not to my knowledge.”
A couple of students relayed the story about Obama admitting that he bullied someone when he was younger. And that seemed to light the fuse on his teacher’s anger. A couple of the students exchanged words with the angry teacher.

“Stop! Stop! Because there’s no comparison. He’s running for president. Obama is the president.”
As one student attempted to argue for a fair, two-sided debate on the history of the candidates, he was shouted down and talked over by the teacher. She continued:

“You got to realize, this man is wanting to be what Obama is. There’s no comparison.”
Once again, the students pressed for equal discussion of the histories of both men, with one saying:

“If you’re gonna talk trash about one side, you gotta talk trash about the other.”
The teacher just seemed to dig her heels in deeper and press her defense of Obama telling the defiant teen:

“You will not disrespect the president of the United States in this classroom.”
Again the student persisted and invoked his First Amendment right.

    “I’ll say what I want.”
The still unidentified teacher read the student her rules…her Obama rules.

    “Not about him, you won’t!”
The back and forth continued and the most strident of the two students reminded his teacher that President Bush was constantly treated to negative statements about him while he was in office:

“Whenever Bush was president, everybody talked sh-t about him.”
    To which the teacher responded:

    “Because he was sh-tty.”

Most of the yelling was being done by the teacher. The students followed because the teacher was escalating the tone of the conversation. The teacher had no control over the class and it was apparent why. Instead of addressing what the students were asking, she chose to raise the tone of her voice and become confrontational.

Beta, I don't see where this teacher bullied the student, but OBVIOUSLY that isn't OK. I'm merely commenting on how foolish you all sound talking about prancing and whatnot.

Irrational...you mean like blaming liberals for something that happens in a conservative state?

Did you click on the link? Did you read the article? The teacher said the kid could be jailed for not praising obama aka saying something negative about him.

Do you have proof the student threatened the president? Do you think teachers should tell kids, CHILDREN they can be jailed for saying politically incorrect things like supporting somone other than Obama?

What kind of fascist society do you want to live in? Do you think the teacher shouldn't be punished?

I in fact believe in free speech. The teacher should keep her job. Just should be labelled a zealot who threatened people who didn't agree with her. But she should have her job.

That distinguishes me from free speech hating socialists.
