Things like this happen every year, not just for the O’s or the AL, but in general we always get at least one team expected to play poorly who plays well for a while in the early going getting everyone excited. We also get plenty of teams, and you can see a few of them so far this season, that are expected to play well who get off to slow starts and struggle early.
But the season is way too long and things usually settle in to normalcy by the time the season ends. This is not the first time the Yankees have started off slowly and looked bad early on only to finish as one of the top teams in all of baseball.
Just as people may be asking “Do you think the O’s will continue to play this good” you also have to ask “Do you think the Yankees, Red Sox, Angels, Tigers, and Phillies are going to continue to play as poorly as they have??” Anyone that knows anything about baseball knows that those teams will eventually find their grooves and start playing to their potential, as they do every year, and teams like the Orioles will eventually fall back to where they are expected to be.
That is why I do not worry about the Yankees when they play poorly early on and I certainly am not worried about the O’s good start, they both will be where they belong by season’s end!!![]()
"They will be where they belong by season's end."
And so are you Troll, on most Ignore Lists around here...
