    And your point is what???

He says that, in hindsight, he lost the weight too fast. This offseason, he has been building up the weight but doing it with muscle.

Sounds like a dedicated football pro to me.

Yes...he played an entire season injury free, anchored the 2nd best run defense in the NFL and generally impressed real football observers....

Aha, the village idiot strikes again!

Cody plays nose tackle in a 3-4 defense and plays in the shadow of Haloti Hgata, who is regarded as the best D-Lineman in the NFL. He also plays in front of two future HOF LBs and generally one of the best LB Corps in the NFL.

Cody understands that it is his job to occupy the interior OL and keep them from getting to the second level which he did superbly.

Why bother? You will just come up with another sarcastic and totally irrelevant wisecrack and change the subject after you have been owned!

"its" purpose is not to talk football but get a rise out of anyone who bites. I have put on ignore but unfortunately I still see what it says when it is quoted. IT does not deserve to be quoted. If we all ignore then IT will get bored and go away. First of course, just like a child, it will get worse but then will finally calm down and leave.

    O rly? By who?

Considering he himself is in the shadow of Messrs Suh and Wilfork and Raji and maybe even Hampton at his advanced age.....I don't find this statement very credible.

That's because you are constantly fact-challenged.

Try ProFootballTalk, Sports Illustrated, CBS Sports and at least a 1/2 dozen football analysts including some on your "butt-kissing" list.

psssstt, here's a little secret tip for you......Haloti Ngata was selected as FIRST TEAM ALL PRO. That means he is considered the best in the NFL.

Conspiracy. Ravens were one of the worst defenses in the league and barely won any games. Our defensive coordinator was so terrible that he was fired and will likely never work in the NFL again.

Haloti Ngata is considered the Best Defensive Lineman in the NFL by his peers. He finished ranked #9 in the NFL Top 100.

    Suh...38
    Wilfork...81
    Raji...NR
    Hampton...NR

(Ravens have FIVE of the top 22...Ngata 9, Suggs 11, Reed 16, Lewis 20, Rice 22, Leach 45, Flacco 74. The Colts had one....in the top 89)

Seems the players consider him the best too, numnuts. What an idiot.

    3. WR Calvin Johnson (Lions)
    4. QB Tom Brady (Patriots)
    5. CB Darrelle Revis (Jets)
    6. LB DeMarcus Ware (Cowboys)
    7. WR Larry Fitzgerald (Cardinals)
    8. RB Adrian Peterson (Vikings)
    9. DT Haloti Ngata (Ravens)
    10. LB Patrick Willis (49ers)

And yet.....when I click on NFL Countdown/NFL Live et al.....when it comes to DTs the convo is rarely about your 'FIRST TEAM ALL PRO' ...it usually begins and ends w/a boy named Suh (see what I did there? ). Along w/the aforementioned Wilfork/Raji/Hampton/Docket etc.....and yes....to be fair Notarealstar might get a mention every once and a blue moon too.

So you're saying it's better to get mentioned on an afternoon sports show than to get selected 1st team all-pro?
