I don't know how the Steelers could have had full attendance. I can't see Wallace showing up, although I really don't know if he did or not. I would have to think Harbaugh would be disappointed in Smith not showing. He is only going into his second year and he can't possibly be that educated that there is nothing he doesn't need to work on.

Goes to show how much those teams want it and also it shows the true professionals that permeate their rosters.

Teams that have players....and marginal ones at that.....skipping practices is just asking for trouble. And I expect this particular one to encounter a lot of it this upcoming year.

That's right. It's a long time toward camp and many players workout by themselves these days.

Only guys that should be criticized are those fighting for jobs like J Reid. By not showing up he gives the coach reason to question his desire. If he comes in July and has a great training camp then all of this will be forgotten. The rest of these guys have shown time and again they know how to stay in shape year round.

Did they miss the entire OTAs or just the portion (three hours I believe) open to the media?

From what I have read, all of them have been regular fixtures at the Castle.
