Who do think they should pick in the draft? I like robinson, but he does not fill a need position, I also like Kidd -Gilchrest, but they say he is more a forward than shooting guard, Beal seams to be the best fit for the team, I honestly wouldn't mind any of the 3. I'm not sold on Drummond, the guy can't shoot a free throw to save his life.

I agree with you on Drummond. he seems like the type of big man the Wizards are transitioning away from. The type that can do everything on a basketball court except for actually playing.
I like Michael Kidd-Gilchrest a lot. Sort of a point forward type. His body type reminds me of Paul Pierce but I am worried about his shot,
Beal fits the best for their need, but I see a little of Nick Young in him. The Wizards need to draft a basketball player instead of one of their athletic freak types. I wanted them to draft Kenny Farried and Kwae Leonard last year and they took Singleton, and veseley

To answer your question. Take Gilchrest if he is available and if not take THomas Robinson.

Andre Drummond is going to be really really good if he goes to the right team and right situation. Unfortunately, the Wizards are not that team.

For the Wizards, I'm torn between MKG and Beal. They're both even in my book. I think MKG is a little better but Beal fits a MUCH greater need, as he can score from anywhere on the court.

For the Beal/Young comparison, I don't see it. Beal doesn't take a shot every time he touches the ball, and he actually drives the paint and rebounds. They're also on complete opposite ends of the physical spectrum. Beal is 6'3", Nick Young is 6'7". Huge disparity between the two.

I agree Beal is the best shooter, but I think if Gilchrest develops a jump shot, 2-3 years down the road he is the best player not named davis to come out of the draft.
