That's too bad. Because the conservative extremists are too greedy to allow his private insurance and their doctors to prescribe and pay for the Lipitor that could have saved his life. They're laughing all the way to bank as his family cries at his grave. All the medicare seniors have plenty of Lipitor and other statins. I guess government provided health care can work.
