You said you were scared before the game even started. That's my very definition of not having any balls but hey, everyone's different.

    LOL.

Yes, being nervous about a series because they're a good team and you're at their house totally means you have no balls. To have balls as a sports fan, you have to be ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED that you'll win EVERY GAME. Otherwise you're a pu ssy!

We stand at 35-26 right now with 20 games left before the midpoint. I'm shooting for a 15-5 run that'll put us at 50 wins. You gotta shoot for the stars and see where you land. Besides, there's enough negativity out there already. We don't need any more.

I thought you were all-knowing (at least about Vlad).

EmDot please, I am all knowing - don't you know that yet?

Vlad mentioned that the contract called for 30 days prepping in the minors after which either party could walk away. Toronto didn't promote him and so Vlad walked away.

The best part of the article was at the very end where the Toronto GM called Vlad a Hall of Famer. That makes three baseball experts (Toronto GM, Palmer and Hector) who agree on that key point. Do you agree that Vlad will be in the Hall of Fame?

11-4 and counting. Wow! Two straight shutouts. The Orioles train is rolling.

I have a suspicion it is about to get derailed and stall in Queens. Messrs Santana and Dickey etc will see to that.

But, hey, he predicted that the Ravens wouldn't go to the Super Bowl. So, he does have that going for him. Right?

You can put 18-87-44-29-TA, Joe Tool, Moonatic, and Louie/Quimbo/Agrippa/TBD all in the same boat. If you've read just one of their posts, you've read 'em all.

Sixty games in, & the Orioles are in the Hunt for Soriano & Garza. Do it.

If I predicted your death every day until the day you actually died, do I deserve credit for being a fortune teller?

11-1 and counting. Let's take this day off and regroup. Hey, the Yankees and Rays cooperated and we're still in this. The Nationals will be facing an angry team this weekend and we won't be facing Strasburg.

10-1 and counting. A nice long winning streak to close out the 1st half and we can bring this thing home.

I like the way the schedule is shaping up.

10-0 and counting. We need to go get this series win tomorrow to take 2 out of the last 3 series despite an 8 game hitting slump.

    Let's go O's!

Even though we're gonna fall short of 50 let's see how close we can get. I'd like to see us stay atleast 10 games over .500 until we can get some reinforcements.

    Let's Go O's!

Not happening, and I wouldn't bet the farm on reinforcements coming at all. With so few sellers, players like Garza and Saunders are going to demand extremely expensive packages.

In all likelihood, this team is stuck with the bilge already cluttering up its roster until 2013.
