    We need an immediate American infusion of Chinese borrowed money, 15 billion at least to the United Nations for all the good work they do. One third of those funds should be dedicated to increasing the diplomat population, they really get things done.

    Could you imagine the chaos there'd be in the world if the United Nations wasn't keeping the peace?
