It's not that it's "hard," I think...it's just that if one has cable, one begins to be lulled into a state of assuming the game is ALWAYS being broadcast on one of the two MASN channels, so there's really no need to check. Tonight is the first time I can remember ever tuning in at gametime and not seeing it on MASN or MASN2...

is it just me, or do Viagra commercials just not seem appropriate for otherwise family-friendly tv programming like an early evening baseball game...? Not particularly anxious to hear, "Daddy, what's 'erectile dysfunction'?" from my seven-year old! It's really starting to piss me off.....first on MASN and now on FOX too.

That and movie promos.

The ads for the latest Adam Sandler atrocity come to mind.

Was Hammel's pitch count really only 103?? Pretty efficient, for him anyway. At the very beginning of the 4th inning I noticed he was already at 43, and that's when I wondered how long he'd last...helluva a game for Hammel.
