So many posts today from someone who doesn't care about the Orioles at all.

Then admit that you are an idiot, like you promised to do whenever you are wrong.

My prediction at the beginning of the year was that we would lose 120 games. For us to reach that mark we would have to lose every game from here until the end of the season. I never EVER expected them to still be over .500 in July. So i'm going to go out on a limb and say 82+ here

That's a pretty long and fragile limb that's bound to snap any day now.

You can't be serious. I expected us to be bad before the season started too, but use your head. The '03 Tigers didn't lose that many.

I voted 78 to 81 which is a pretty narrow window but I'm confident I will be wrong so it doesn't matter.

I have watched the O's for the last decade or so. Have you ?

Their current standing is nothing but another illusion. Designed to keep the Dundalk and Towson crowd still hanging onto hope.

    It won't last.

And I am right bout being positive.
I can't change the O's record by believing. But Buck and the O's can.
And people that assume the worst often get it.

For this team, they're record at this point is far better than it should be. Bullpen has saved them, but there's no way that can keep up - it's showing already. Lucky if they win 1/3 of games left, that leaves them at about 70. Looking at the roster, we only have 3 starting pitchers, if you want to call Arrieta a starter(ok, just added Johnson, but ...). One outfielder! And he never saw a cutoff man that he likes. Offense has tanked. Defense is worst in MLB. Man, this is depressing

After the last 2 weeks .500 could be tough. 71-78 wins.

Wait until they sign the new Ace in Zack Greinke!
