So is this the equivelent of ballot box stuffing? And how many ppl use Face Book n e ways?
One user, one 'like' on Facebook. I know your mom won't let you sign up, being 12 and all, but someday you'll be able to and see how it works.

ESPN online polls: vote, clear cookies, vote, clear cookies, vote, clear cookies........So, tell us about ballot box stuffing again?

Facebook has approximately 1,000,000,000 (that's a billion) users.

    Speaks volumes to me.
No one likes the Ravens or whatever, yet you constantly post here. Speaks volumes indeed.

Let's take a look at the BleacherReport bio for Mr. Florkowski (the author of the opinion piece)

I grew up in Toledo, Ohio as a diehard Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers fan.
I guess he put the Browns fourth so people didn't scream "bias!"

I like how he trashes the Steeler's helmet for not having a logo on both sides. At least it has one. A team too lame to come up with a logo, named the "Browns", wears an orange helmet. Brilliant!

It's a common color though, I remember seeing it on a daily basis when my kids were in diapers.

Brilliant in deed....as it has now become one of the iconic helmets in the NFL and one of the most recognizable trademarks in sports.

Will the Ravens helmet/logo ever reach that lofty status?

Can you show me the facts on the Browns plain jane helmet becoming a iconic trademark in the sports world?

As great a city as it is.....let us not loose sight that Cleveland is an economically/financially struggling town. Surely it can't be lost on you that maybe a lot of these die hard fans aren't on FB....as they don't have access to/can't afford computers. That COULDN'T have escaped your imminent brilliance now could it've?

Good post on a feeble thread to which I will nevertheless contribute. Slow day.

I happen to like the Ravens' helmets quite a lot. Simple logo with a Baltimore identity and a good bit of attitude, intimidating basic black color with elegant purple trim. I think it is just right.

Other helmets I favor: Raiders, Cowboys (can't stand the franchise, but their unis are tops), Texans, Rams, Seahawks. Browns helmets are retarded, but I suppose it's nice to have a tradition...

The Steelers and Browns still have their iconic looks.

The Cleveland Browns have one of the most recognizable and iconic helmets in all of sports. They have the only helmet with no logo, just Cleveland orange with the white and brown stripes down the center. Classic. There can be no question that the helmet design sets them apart from other teams. This has been their helmet design since 1946. Why would you even consider changing it?

I consider the Browns’ uniforms and helmets to be among the most beautiful in the NFL. They’re simple, iconic, and sure to incite either appreciation or disgust from uniform watchers.
Just for starters.....I got more if you need em.

You used the same excuse for Indy not selling tickets.

And since Cleveland is a globally loved team, shouldn't they have millions of fans from all over the world.

I thought you said Browns fans were spread far & wide and weren't just concentrated in Cleveland?

Setting that aside, do you have any evidence that Cleveland is a computing black hole? A hole, sure, I get that, but that they lack computers or Facebook users? In fact, the charts on this page http://www.census.gov/hhes/computer/...ions/2009.html, will show you that Ohio is slightly above the national average in internet usage.

And how does one "loose" sight?

dawgpunddaily.com? You're using a Browns fan site to prove that the Browns helmet is iconic?

If you have any data to show otherwise, lets see it. Show us the proof that Ohioans no longer have internet access and don't have Facebook accounts.

    Good Luck!
