I've been thinking about this for a while...and I have no crytal ball with regards to what the NCAA or B1G might enforce. However, if I have the final word at Ped State, what I would do is to voluntarily enforce a ban on all post-season play for X number of years.

I think ONLY if they unilaterally and voluntarily enforce their own ban, will Ped State begin to grab the PR and headlines back. It will show they are serious about "doing the right thing"...and not just talking the talk. As it is, we know that their PR facade, for decades, about doing it the right way, the Penn State way, was a complete joke. A PR illusion.

Banning from post season? That is nothing. They need to shut football down for 10 years at least. The fact that they haven't eliminated football yet shows how insane they are up there. Anyone with any sense would realize that the reputation of the university comes before sports. College football is irrelevant in the big picture. yet they allowed this monster to rape child after child to keep from tarnishing their football program. They should have been worried about the children and care about the people they are educating. Having a penn state degree will forever be tarnished.
