He means, in short, our offense is non-existent. I thought it was pretty clear and I laughed.

For some reason the pitching always gets the blame around here when our offense has been a problem for years. Of course pitching comes first but sometimes you have to be able to win high scoring games. I hate to make this comparison but the Yankees lost two starters and they haven't fallen apart because they have an offense. An example is last night's game that they won 6-5 over the Angels. The Orioles would have lost that game 5-2 and we would be on here blaming the pitching.

With Gausman now signed and Bundy on the way maybe it's time we start focusing on bringing some offense into this organization. I know the need for pitching but it doesn't mean much if you can't score.

^^^ Agreed and to take it a step further. Seems like every decent bat that ends up here just seems like they forget how to hit as soon as they put on a O's uniform. Garret Atkins, Vlad, Reynolds, Hardy where as on the Flip side players go to the Yankees and start put'n up Career numbers or find the fountain of Youth.. Granderson, Jones, Chavez.. It baffles me !!
