Default The Real Leader Of The Republican Party

Everyone continues to say Romney is now the real leader of the right. That Bush was the leader back in the 2000 to 2007 days and that Limbaugh is the voice but in reality there is only one leader and he is just bad for the country. Carl Rove is the real leader....look all you want at the Tea Party, the new young guns coming to power and the right wing press. They all have one thing in common. Carl Rove has always had a say but look deeper. John McCain could not stand Rove and he lost money and support. Yes people Rove is the leader make no mistakes about it

There is no question about Rush Limbaugh's position of power within the GOP. Just ask Michael Steele ~ who was the titular Republican Party Chairman ~ about what happens when the party chairman criticizes Limbaugh and who was forced to apologize and backtrack on his own statement.

Yes, Rove is still a major force within the Republican Party, and much more so than the party's candidate for the presidency. Romney's elevation has more to do with who his primary opponents were and the "Anybody but Obama" mindset among those who now find themselves forced to pretend that Romney is an actual conservative.
