Strange that this occurred the same week Michael Jackson's mother "disappeared."
I'm shocked that a certain poster on here didn't jump all over this incident. After all, it happened in Harford County and the suspect is white...which surprisingly the media had no problem pointing out as the first and foremost fact in their description.
It was not a misspelling, it was a typo. I am sure that it wasn't intentional.
Although, I will admit that the new word is kind of apropos in this particularl kidnapping.
Here's another prime example from WJZ's report on the flash mob crime sprees:
Not one mention of race even when the video clearly shows "the teens" were black."BALTIMORE (WJZ)– We get the first look at the video of the flash mob robbery at a 7-Eleven in downtown Baltimore with scores of young people rushing the store.
May 23: The 7-Eleven on Light Street. Surveillance cameras record as groups of teens walk to the back of the store for a free Slurpee giveaway. But soon, the cameras catch them as dozens begin to steal and pocket items off the shelves.
When store employees in the red shirts realize what’s happening, they block the doors to stop the young thieves from leaving.
But the kids physically struggle to get out and even appear to hit the store manager who then swings back. After the brief altercation, many kids dash out the door.
whatta weird story
The suspect in the photos looks like he has heavy make-up on. Maybe that's why they can't find him.
This story is weird. If the last name was not Ripken, I would have greater doubts. I just have great doubts now.
New Photos Released in Kidnapping
New photos and updatePolice released photos of the van in the Walmart parking lot along with three new enhanced images of the suspect dressed in sunglasses, a white short-sleeved, buttoned-down shirt, dark pants and a red, white and dark-colored baseball hat.
The suspect is a white man in his mid-30s to mid-40s with short brown hair. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs roughly 180 pounds...
Budnick said the case remains an active investigation and as such he would not release details about why the suspect visited the Middle River store, whether he purchased any items or any more specific details about the encounter with the minivan driver.
Why wait so long to release other photos? Those photos are quite clear even if the face is somewhat obscured and the suspect even changed baseball caps and shirts. The caps look like they might be easily identifiable. And why the different Walmarts of all places?
lol this is still such a weird story. suspect is a white man between 30-40 with short hair. lmao that narrows it down
He's here - He's there - He's everywhere! This case will be solved right after they find out who kidnapped Lindberg's baby.
