Default Steve Johnson and St. Paul's Baseball

Congratulations to Steve Johnson on his incredible start tonight for the Orioles. I don't want to take anything away from Steve's personal accomplishment, but it is another testament to the incredible baseball program at St. Paul's. Coach Bernstorf as well as the current players and coaches at St. Paul's should be proud. My only question is: Will having one alum in the Orioles rotation, and another Alum drafted this year (John Kuchno Pittsburgh Pirates), and countless other grads playing in college finally get this baseball program the respect they deserve? If it doesn't so be it...SP will still compete/win against the largest and "best" programs in the state next spring...like they do every year. They will also graduate some fantastic baseball players and more importantly young men. Congrats again Steve, your fellow Crusaders are proud and happy for you!

Well put! St. Paul's has a couple A Conference Championships under it's belt. The fact that they compete year in and year out at such a high level is very impressive for a small school. St. Paul's coaching staff continually gets the most out of the players they have.

Congrats to Steve and St. Paul's!
