Kiefaber arrested; accused of trespassing and harassment

I don't think he needs professional help. It's much simpler than that. I think he needs to take a step back and look at this scene and the no-win situation he is in. He needs to quietly give up. If he chooses not to do this then he will end up in jail because he is going against a freaking lawyer!

A lot of people hate lawyers...until they need one. The Cusacks do not seem to be the ones causing this situation. If anything, they are saving the theatre and investing a lot of their own time and money to do it.

I used to go to the Senator a few times a year.

I won't spend any of my money in the "business" anymore.

Tom should have never taken govt funds. Let the business live or die on its own. The city should not have taken control or let a competitor have access to the business. Not one good decision in the whole story.

The fact thst the Senator received government support has nothing to do with this situation. there are quite a few "businesses" in line at the gummint trough these days.

I have to admit when I was wrong and in this thread and others on this subject I made a mistake. Throughout this now pathetic situation I have stated on numerous occasions that I felt Kiefaber was not insane and that he was just bitter. Today Kiefaber told me that Frank Conaway should have shot me and that some people deserve to be shot. I can no longer say with confidence that Kiefaber is not insane and I can understand why many people think he has serious mental issues.

I think you should apply for a carry permit. Even in this State that threat should entitle you to protect yourself. Either that or hire a bodyguard.
