redskins now have the #1 rushing offense in the nfl .......

Clearly, the Shanahan offense is not working...
he has always been able to run the ball no matter where he was ........
they are also #4 in the nfl in run defense .......
so unlike many claim, they are not a 1 man show without talent and were expected to contend this year.......
the colts were not ......
Maybe one day Vick Jr. or Cam lite will sniff Sonny Jurgenson's jock and learn how to become an actual NFL QB. However, that is a huge if, because the odds are 100 times better he will get knocked out of so many games he won't get a chance. Smart, this guy isn't as he isn't gonna last long running around like a fool instead of knowing when to slide or go out of bounds.. He's a lot like you in that respect - stupid! Ha Ha. yourself boy! You are the one being laughed at on this thread.

Anyone who thinks RG3 is a scrub of a QB isn't paying attention.
Who is saying he is a scrub? Now all of the sudden you are this Redskin/Yankee trolls supporter? Maybe you should like him, learn how to read and comprehend posts before making inane and incorrect statements.
What is being said here by the clear majority (if you would take the time to even read this thread) is that Andrew Luck is a superior draft pick and rookie QB to this RGIII. Yet Redskin/Yankee troll wants to insult everyone here who disagrees with him, by calling us haters, and worse.
I do think though that there are much better young QB's in this league right now than RGIII, who is simply another Michael Vick Jr., Cam Newton lite (smaller more fragile version). IN other words a novelty item in the NFL at his position, with a very short shelf life. If you or DC Troll cannot understand that than you need to study QB's in the history of the NFL and see who the best ones have been. Its not the RGIII types. Give me a Luck, Dalton, Flacco, Romo, Weeden, the kid in Seattle, any day of the week as they are pocket passers which is the type you need to be to suceed in the NFL without getting yourself killed.
Can you show me which one of those pocket QB's has a better QB rate, completion percentage or td/int rate? Those stats tell you how good a QB is. If he had lesser stats and his running was being used to make up for them, he would be like Vick or Newton. He is a better passer than both of them regardless or your attempt to ignore that.
While we are at it, show me what stats support Luck being a better QB at this point. If all you have is record, well you don't have a thing.
Go back and watch some film of a young Peyton, and this year of Luck. Go back and watch some film of a rookie Vick or even Newton last year and compare them to your boy. End of story. You are wrong and to continue to beat a dead horse is serving you no purpose here. Move on.
Show me when Vick ever had stats like Griffin. The ONLY thing they have in common is impressive athleticism. Griffin can throw the ball as well as anyone. Vick can not.
Baloney, Vick has a stronger arm but your tainted eyes cannot see it. Also, RGVickJrNewton-lite short arms his sideline throws and it is only a matter of time before he has one of those double pick six games. He throws better on the run all medium to short throws. He does throw a good long ball when given time but most NFL QB's do.
So no stats to back any of it up? That's because they don't exist.
Yes, before you get to name calling, I am a “troll”. I had to resurrect my account when I saw this foolishness. But seeing how Griffin's detractors are arguing without facts on their side, makes you wonder who the real trolls are. I don’t understand why some people are so unwilling to concede that RG3 might just live up to his billing. How many, “wait until”s do we have to endure until you give this kid any credit?
“Wait until he takes a real NFL snap…”
“Wait until preseason…”
“Wait until the real season starts…”
“Wait until he sees a real defense…”
“Wait until he plays the NFC East…”
“Wait until there’s tape on him…”
Now the new one is “wait until next year.” And when next year comes and he does well, then what? What new scenario will he have to overcome in order for you to even think about giving him just a little bit of credit? “Wait until he wins a SB?” Please. He’s the 4th rated passer in the NFL behind Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers and he didn’t get there by throwing screen passes. Anyone who has watched Griffin play, and maintains that he only got where he is by throwing screen passes, needs to go get their eyes checked or they have a serious integrity problem. Anyone can check stats and look at the YAC and see that this assertion is false. There is no reason to be that lazy when it comes to finding the facts. Griffin has spread the ball around, and contrary to the haters’ position, he does go through his progressions.
I get it. You don’t like the Skins and you want to see the organization continue to fail, but you can’t deny what Griffin has been able to do in his ROOKIE season and largely without the team’s biggest WR threat in Garcon and behind a pretty crappy pass blocking O-line. He hasn’t played like a rookie. He makes smart decisions and protects the ball. How much more can you ask of the kid than this? And why shouldn’t people believe that he’s going to be a successful NFL QB? Nobody is reserving a spot in Canton for him, but like I said before, you can’t deny what he has been able to accomplish so early in his career. He’s a smart kid with a hell of a work ethic. Surrounded with the right pieces, this team is going to be very dangerous. To simply call Griffin “Vick Jr.” only showcases the depths of your ignorance and yes, hate.
You’re playing yourself if you maintain that Griffin is “running around like a fool.” Yes, he has taken more hits than I would like to see, but his biggest flaw is trying to make a play with every play. Sometimes you have to know when to give up on a play and not try to make something happen when it isn’t there. After his concussion in the Atlanta game, when is the last time you saw him take unnecessary risks? He appears to have “learned his lesson” and he takes what’s there. He’s throwing away the ball when he has to and he’s stepping out of bounds or sliding instead of trying to take more than what’s available. Nobody is running around like a fool except maybe those inventing reasons why he can’t/won’t be successful.
Last point, if someone wants to claim that the bulk of RG3’s yardage and high completions rate is due to overuse of the screen passes, then so what? I mean, let’s pretend that this claim has any validity to it. If it works, then why stop? Isn’t that one of the rules of football? Keep doing what works until the defense makes you stop? I find it pretty interesting that in 11 games into this 16 game season, no one has seemed to have figured this out.
I am not saying he gets no credit but I am not reserving a bust in Canton for him at this point. All you need to do is look at how great everyone was proclaiming Cam Newton during his rookie season just last year. Now, after a year of film which opposing coaches are using to game plan against him he all of a sudden is very mediocre. I see the same thing happening with RGIII. Nobody respects him as a rookie and nobody is game planning for hm much. That is why you see the wait until next year being pointed out. As far as his running around like a fool, I stand corrected if he is no longer doing that. I admit I do not watch the Redskins as I find them boring and a very bad football team with or without Griffin. Not to mention that I am usually watching the Ravens anyway.
I have nothing against Griffin, but Luck is the only franchise QB that I see drafted last year with the possible exception of the Seattle kid. I have been following the NFL since 1964 and have seen a lot of flash in the pan QB's like Griffin come and go and none of his ilk are in the HOF. If you read the DC/Yanky troll's posts he has him there already and ahead of better NFL QB's like Flacco, Romo, Rivers, etc. based on a year of rookie stats, which are elevated because nobody bothers to game plan for him much. I think RG potentially can be a decent NFL QB but Luck is the one out of the two with HOF potential.

Taking dumb to new levels daily. All they do is game plan for him and they can't stop him.
Still waiting for those PASSING stats that show any of those other QBs are playing better than Griffin. But, like I said, you can't because they don't exist. He is a top five PASSER this season.
