67.5% completion. 104.6 passer rating. 16 tds to 4 Ints. 2500+ yards. Not a pocket passer? Please. Vick Jr.? Cam Light?
Vick: 58.5% completion. 11 tds to 9 ints (albeit injury shortened). 79.2 passer rating
Newton: 57.6% completion. 11 tds to 10 ints. 82.9 passer rating.
Griffin isn't even in the same stratosphere as those two. Not even close.
He's awesome, and there's no crime in admitting that. Is he more awesome than Andrew Luck? Who knows? Who cares? He's a great young QB and an intelligent, articulate, thoughtful athlete. The NFL needs more like him.
Also, if you want to use the "wins" statistic to measure how good a qb is, would you want Tebow over about 75% of the QBs in the NFL? After all, he did "win." Is Tebow better than RGIII?
