Here's the disturbing part of the link:

As it happens, attorney Bell is no stranger to discrimination suits. In 2010 he sued a nail salon after he shelled out $4 more for a manicure/pedicure than women were charged.

He eventually settled with the salon for an undisclosed amount. But last year, he sued another nail salon, Nail First, on Hunter's behalf. Hunter didn't win any money, but the court issued a permanent injunction against the salon.
    That is one weird dude.

No, I don't like paying more[*] because I'm a male. But I like going into bars that are full of women and 'ladies night' is a good way to give ladies an incentive to go to the bar. "Ladies Night" at a bar benefits both the men and the women, but in different ways.

I didn't realize they had "been outlawed in this state too".

[*] Not literally paying more; men pay regular price but women just pay less.

In a country where political correctness has run rampant and everyone whines about equality, I'd say this guy should have a great case. Why not? Fair is fair, right? Otherwise why not have a "white guys 40 and above night"?

Just change it to skirt night, or bra & panty night. Technically guys can take advantage of it, but would you want to?

Nice try, but even that's "illegal":
A Maryland county human relations law has been interpreted to not only prohibit ladies' nights, but also a "Skirt and Gown Night" where a customer is given a 50% discount for wearing a skirt and gown. The court noted that: "Against this superficially humorous backdrop, we must decide whether this seemingly innocuous business practice constitutes unlawful discrimination within the meaning of a county ordinance."
