So your mid year actions tell me you agree the school is a sham or you would still be there. I understand why you are defending, but you did not have to set the record straight and inform us you removed kids in favor of a traditional school.

Hey, I understand, you wanted it to work but it just didn't. If it was truly more than football your kids would still be there.

I wish you and all the kids at ECA nothing but luck.

Don't let a stupid message boards cause you to remove your kids from a school you once admittedly believed in.

I know, I know it wasn't the message board. It was the sudden Ah Ha moment you had. After only 3 games were played, Wait a minute this is not a school....

School is so much more than football, books, internet tests, etc. Kids need to be around kids....home schooled kids, yeah ok. But will those same kids adjust to the real world. Not sure...

Best of Luck...send your kids to the Hall. I heard he is a good player.
FYI.. I didn't pull my kids mid year... we enrolled in the new school early July way before any of the scheduling or other problems ECA encountered.. It was nothing more than my kids wanted a traditional and private HS ,, They tried and did not like the online model the second half of last year.. That does not mean its not good for some kids.. Like I said it works for kids in certain situations not so much for others.. It had nothing to do with the academic program National Connections provided as it was good just more to do with socio and traditional standards my kids believed in... if I felt the only way for them to go to college and have a good life was ECA then I would have stayed .. fortunately for my kids it isn't the case.. but for some of those kids it is the case

I do not want to get involved with some of the crazy banter in this thread. However, I do know you have been at a "real" school for the entirety of this school year, despite what some people on this board think. You also hit the nail on the head with your SFA comments. I could elaborate and explain in more detail. However, it will all come out eventually. I definitely agree with Big Country's comment about your son (s). You son in HS is a very good player. Are you guys heading back to MD next year? Personally, I think he would look good in Cardinal & Gold as well. LOL

Thanks but if I had my way we would be Cardinal and Gold but the Mrs and kids like it here in DE and they love their new school.. We may be in Md to play Curley next year though... We are Caravel Bucs for the remainder and burgundy and black.. Its a great school and the kids are so happy that I just have to go with it... although a game vs CHC IN 2014 would be cool our soph class is loaded..

Glad to hear the boys and the Mrs. are happy. This would be an interesting game. CHC's freshman & sophomore classes are loaded as well. It would be a great opportunity for him to reunite with Drew, Jared, MM and some other Horns.

Harco my boy playes for Patterson Mill and is doing well starting at OT AND DE. Patterson Mill is only 5-4 this year with a easy game comming up. He is looking to put on 20 lbs to weigh 265 next year with his mobility should be a better year next year. Hey Patterson Mill could use so lb help next year!

Pmill could easily be 8-2, 7-3 just hit some bad breaks. Injuries, officiating in the last game, kind of bit them this year. That bel air game was one they should have had.
