I wonder which of the seven face the most serious charges, and which one faces the least serious.

Question is who were they promoting the event to, and how could they be so far off on the number they expected to attend?
So that to you is an excuse to riot and get violent? It's the Recher's fault?

The owner must have forgotten to pay political patronage.
If the owner wrote a few donation checks the problem would go away.
    wants to get paid.

So here's the follow up report from WBAL and the Sun also followed up and reported that thier were over 1500 people on the street many of them smoking pot, drinking and not following orders from the police to disburse.
My question is according to the article why would the Baltimore County police chief issue orders to not arrest these people. The few that we're arrested were arrested because they attacked the police, seems like they got the memo also that the cops were all bark and no bite and were emboldened enough to shove the cops around.
Why would the order to not arrest rioters be given?
Baltimore County needs a new police chief
