I'm not sure Harbaugh isn't a huge part of the problem too

I started saying that back in 2010 and was called a troll on here repeatedly. Now that seems to be the popular thought

I forget exactly when I got off the Harbaugh bandwagon. At first I liked him, as I stated elsewhere, because I thought he was the perfect hard nosed head coach the Ravens needed, and that with his experience, he'd beef up the special teams. Obviously, that hasn't happened. He has his own two-tiered system, just like Billick, he's weak when it comes to his assistants, and he's as clueless as Billick ever was during a game. So when that realization came about I'm not sure, but you and I definitely see it the same way now.

EXACTLY. I mistook his stubborness as being hardnosed in the first two years but it became evident what he was all about around 2010. He's basically Billick 2.0

Well remember...the first year, 2008, Rex was still here, and the D was pretty solid, so it was hard to tell what Harbaugh was really all about, other than the fact that he tightened up the training camp rules. And also that year, it seemed as if Cam did a good job with Joe, under the circumstances. Then the next year I figured that Harbaugh needed to be cut some slack since it was his first year all on his own, without Rex there to run the locker room. But after that it was clear that neither Harbaugh nor Cameron had a clue. And it's 10 times more evident now.

Fans watching ask themselves why is this game plan not working, the body language of Harbaugh gives me the impression, that he knows as much about the game plans as the fans in the stands.
Agree completely. He does give the impression that he's just an observer and not really sure what the hell is going on. Maybe Harbs should take off the earphones and try and get into the game. Then maybe, just maybe, when Cam Cam is running high school plays, Harbaugh could step in and take some sort of control of the situation. More often than not, I get the impression he [Harbaugh] is way out of his league.

Well there's a reason he was a Special Teams Coordinator for 15 seasons with 3 different teams without getting a single promotion by any of them.
