Default Police nab howard county peeping tom (repeat offender)

This slime's record go back over a decade, at one point he was supposed to be sentenced to 10 years

"Michael Stephen McKenny, 42, of the 10000 block of Hickory Ridge Road, was arrested without incident and charged with multiple counts of burglary, visual surveillance with prurient intent and videotaping a person in a private residence without consent, according to a news release.

The arrest came the same day police released to the public images and video of a man setting up the cameras.

Following the release of the video, police said they received multiple tips identifying McKenny as a suspect. McKenny was arrested at his Columbia residence after police seized "undisclosed evidence" from both his car and home."

There seems to be more interest in whether Mayor Rawlings-Blake is hot or not than some creep putting cameras in women's bedrooms. Someday he'll put his cameras in the wrong woman's room and she/her husband will beat the crap out of him.

"A Columbia man was indicted by a grand jury in Howard County on Wednesday on charges that he secretly videotaped two women in their Ellicott City condominium.

Michael Stephen McKenny, 42, of the 10000 block of Hickory Ridge Road, was arrested in October after county police released footage from a camera found by one of the women in her closet in September, which showed a man installing the camera in different places in the condo — including bedrooms and a bathroom.

Police said McKenny knew the women and used a copied key to enter the condo multiple times between June and September to change the location of the camera. The women had no idea they were being filmed until the camera was found, and were caught on film nude or partially dressed."
