I wouldn't worry about him, those silly fools with Che tee shirts are among the most irrelevant in today's society. Che is laughing from his grave at "those types". One thing certain, those four knew who their fathers were and their children certainly knew them.

Not all veterans are from the right, my friend! Try not painting with such a broad brush.

Well...no doubt you, for example, since you volunteered the statement. As long as the government handouts continue, that's all that really matters, isn't it? That would matter more than perhaps, uncovering the ineptitude of the current WH occupant's foreign policy?

To a liberal like you, dead SEALS and an ambassador don't really count do they? Your "it's only four people" logic falls flat on its left side when you consider the utter horror you would undoubtedly feel if the four people were Barak Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid that died. Or, let's say that the four people were Hugo Chavez, Muhmar Ahmidenijad, Michael Moore and Bill Mahr..You would call in sick to your job and put a large claim into your insurance company for grief counseling. It doesn't matter to some outlying liberals when Navy Seals die, but let it be one of their own, and we would never hear the end of it.

That is true....... there are some troublemakers in every bunch. We usually put them in some pig boat and scuttle it.

Well, to those of us who don't march to the tune of Stephanie Cutter and Jay Carney, there are troublesome inconsistencies in the party line, but since you promote the party line, you couldn't care less because in your mind, the less that is said about a monumental screwup that affects liberals, the better. Mom49of4 smells a rat but you don't because it is a well known fact that a fox can't smell his own hole.

The above applies to slapshot as well.

I have yet to hear either of you discuss the CIF.
I am able to discuss the situation. But I am sure the people who got killed in Libya knew they were going into a situation that was far from safe. They were murdered but so were 10,000 people in this country in a typical year. Why aren't you concerned about them. You concern about the people who died in Libya is only because Obama was the president. And somehow in your mind that equals it was his fault.

And we've had diplomatic installations in Libya for how long?

Do you think that these resources are waiting in a storage locker somewhere?

The people in Libya should have had a CIF, end of story.

I am concerned about everyone that is killed. It was Obama that said that the responsibility is his, not me. Go yell at the President if you're so upset.

To what resources do you refer?

Don't get angry with me just because the CIF was supposed to be there. I don't run things in Washington.

Since when did "tight blinders" affect the vocal cords?

You really need to choose your metaphors more carefully, lest you look like a fool.

    Supposed to be where?

How many nations in North Africa do you want to occupy?

There were "resources" in Croatia, Italy, Spain. There are no U.S. bases on the African continent.

The consulate in Benghazi opened on August 26, 2012.
    http://libya.usembassy.gov/en-081612.html

Timeline: According to the Pentagon the attack began at 9:42 and was over by 11:20 -- an attack of another Benghazi U.S. installation began again the next morning, but consulate personal were gone by then.

How fast could any resource have gotten to Benghazi? Within the two hours in which Ambassador Stevens was killed?

Is there anywhere on the African continent where U.S. forces could be based and available within the hour?

This is ridiculous. Every other regional combatant command has it. Failure. End of story.

My bad. On further thought, you are right that tight blinders would not affect the vocal cords. They would squeeze both sides of your skull, but then again, I wouldn't want to be accused of calling you a pinhead. But that strays away from the larger point, the POINT that there are too many liberals who perceive themselves as independent thinkers when actually they are unwittingly playing out the role as the DNC's useful idiots. It's not the GOP who loses by protecting Barak Obama's inept leadership, it's the United States. This is anything but Forward! This is backward, like cold-war era Soviet Union. They had the Pravda, we have the New York Times, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC (the cable station of choice for the current WH).
