Default Bryant McKinnie Owes $375,000 for Strip Club Bills

“I hereby promise to speak to Mr. Young about this matter by October 5, 2010 and make arrangements to have this balance paid in full by December 1, 2010,” McKinnie wrote, according to the note.

Former Miami Hurricanes All-American Bryant McKinnie owes the father of rapping superstar Trick Daddy $375,000 for bills run up at South Florida strip clubs, a new lawsuit says.

The rapper’s father, Charles “Pop” Young, filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court Monday afternoon. Young says that McKinnie, who is currently an offensive lineman for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens, racked up big bills at the strip clubs between February 2009 and September 2010, borrowing the money from him.

McKinnie frequented clubs at which he was present, said Young, who at the time was the general manager of the King of Diamonds club. He is now the vice president of the Diamonds Gentlemen’s Club and CEO of the Queen of Diamonds strip club, which is located off I-95 just north of Golden Glades.

Sounds like a great guy all around. I'm assuming has another quarter million or so in unpaid McDonalds bills too

I actually have limited experience with strip clubs, but isn't $375,000 a pretty big number? Do they actually let a person run a tab like that? Sounds fishy to me. That's a lot of lap dances.

Having once seen a friend hand over his credit card to enter a private VIP champagne room, then hearing the story of what happened in that room, I can certainly see how one could rack up $375,000 in charges over the course of 18 months. It can certainly turn in to a lot more than just lap dances...

And no, I'm not really the fictional friend.

    From Peter King:

"Could Bryant McKinnie be the answer for someone? McKinnie's the odd man out in the Baltimore tackle rotation (Michael Oher's taken his old left tackle job, with Iowa State rookie Kelechi Osemele now the right tackle. McKinnie played but 23 offensive snaps in the last three Ravens game. But he'd be a good temporary Band-Aid for the reeling Cardinals, who I hear have some interest in him. They should. Their two starting tackles are the lowest-rated tackles in the NFL, according to ProFootballFocus.com, which has Bobbie Massie and D'Anthony Batiste blamed for the incredible total of 25 sacks and 74 quarterback hits or hurries -- in eight games!"

    I think his attitude is......

    If I owe you $3,750, I got a problem.

If I owe you $375,000 - YOU got a problem.

I cannot imagine the Ravens getting rid of an offensive lineman. You can criticize McKinnie on any number of points, but the guy is more than adequate at playing the position, and it is a position of need.

Okay...football aside...and let's concede that no one here ever ran up a $375,000.00 tab in 18 months at strip clubs. But how many people wouldn't have WANTED to, eh?

So let's cut the big guy some slack, ok?

    that's a lot of money .......

you could get 2 hot $500 chicks every other night for those 18 months instead of lap dances and vip rooms .......
