You're not talking about some bum, Henry Poggi is a LEGIT star player.
Dancel was the running backs coach @ GC. Aaron Wells was behind the coaches other son and transferred to RH and is seeing playing time @ Villanova as a frosh.

I'm pretty sure the second quarter counts just as much as the the other 3.

You don't see a lot sporster, especially that credibility is one of the most if not most important aspects around here. Your creds are toast. No one is going to accept jack from you as credible on your own merit.

Sad biggie, sad... You are my first and only on ignore.

I have probably spent more time on the gridiron than you can imagine. Not many can say they quit at 35 and coached for another 20. In any case, it would make more sense ranking after teams have play a few common rivals. That is why the colleges played inter conference games before they came up with the current system. Years ago schools like BYU, Boise State, and even Va. Tech. were under the radar as far as national ranking goes until they started knocking off the big boys. The same goes for HS. You can not claim ANYTHING until you prove yourself on the field against the best.

You would have issues even if teams played all 9 or 10 games out of state. You would be naive to think anything else.
Who said you have to go out of state. What is needed around here is for the truly good publics to tangle with the likes of Dematha, Good Council, Gilman, St Paul, Calvert Hall, and others. That way you will have a better ranking. They did it and did it well back in the days of the MSA. You can not build a program scheduling around the competition. The folks at Dunbar understand this. Even though they lost to Calvert Hall, I would not be surprise to hear they scheduled Gilman next year. That is guts!!

Being a 'nova grad, I am cheering for Wells. Hope to see the elusive RH vs Dmass game this year!

Dancel was actually the third best QB at GC. CHC and Gaithersburg benefited from Dancel, Zach Fetters transferred to GBurg after realizing he was never going to see the field. He led Gburg to the State semis, losing to eventual champ Urbana and is now getting time at Safety at William and Mary.

This could be the year but we've thought that before and disaster struck. The state tournament is not as easy to predict as the MIAA tournament.

When you get up to around 500 posts you will realize that you are beating a dead horse.

And thus I stand by my statement that studs as so-called depth is not that great in the privates or as many think. Studs play, if elsewhere, and don't ride the bench.
