I believe the sentiment was real, in contrast to others, I simply expect a person running for president of the United States to have thought it out better!

FEMA failed to have any meaningful supplies of bottled water -- or any other supplies, for that matter -- stored in nearby facilities as it had proclaimed it would on its website. This was the case despite several days advance warning of the impending storm.
FEMA only began to solicit bids for vendors to provide bottled water for distribution to Hurricane Sandy victims on Friday, sending out a solicitation request for 2.3 million gallons of bottled water at the FedBizOpps.gov website. Bidding closed at 4:30 pm eastern.

I find the quote ironic coming from a website advocating small Constitutional government. Again the storm area was larger and forcasted to be larger. Having the water already there would have laid wast to it. FEMA comes in and picks up the pieces the state is on their own until they get there. In contrast to Katrina FEMA has been there faster.

And your statement that Romney running for President "should have thought it out better" is not the same that the current President should have had someone in position who would thought to have the water in a better spot isn't the same because the president is your guy.

Where this information come from is immaterial... it's the action comparing the two. Your "my guy is better" than "your guy" is pathetic at best.
