Did she wait it out? I probably would have stuck it out if it was 45, although I was starving.

I voted last Sunday just before the storm blew through and it was over an hour in Ellicott City. I am not sure if turnout is higher, but I suspect the bloated ballot of state and county referendums slows the process down somewhat. This was the first time I took advantage of early voting, and it happened to be the longest I waited as well.

I'm using my sample ballot to make my decision. I'm going to make up a cheat sheet so I can go in with my decisions already made. Blip, blip, blip and I'll be done. We don't usually have long lines here on the peninsula and I'll be voting while others are at work. FL has something online where it shows how long the lines are. The early voting site closest to my son had a 4 1/2 hour wait, but at the downtown site it was only 5-10 minutes. He walked right in and voted.

Everyone in my family had already gone through the sample ballot quite extensively after arguing about the issues to exhaustion discussing the issues, so I already knew my choices before hand.

I voted Friday since I will be working as a poll judge Tuesday. I had to wait in line over an hour which was not fun when you are using a cane because of a leg injury but did not want to miss voting.

I did early voting on Sunday 10-28. I went in the morning while church was still in session. In and out in 20 minutes including parking and walking to and from.
