Harris spent most of his life as both a Doctor and Naval Officer. On the National level he's a newcomer, try again.

He did spend a good amount of time in the GA so you do have a man who has been and continues to be a politician.

Andy Harris is the one decent Congressman we have in Maryland. He actually fights for his constituents in the rural areas unlike John Delaney, an established member of Potomac's liberal elite who is beholden to the Montgomery County liberals even though he is supposed to also represent Western Maryland. You think he will allow natural gas drilling in Western Maryland if that goes against the liberal sensibilities of his Potomac constitutents???? He will also promote high density development and mass transit over highways in favor of his Montgomery voters and against Western Maryland's interests. That is what happens in a gerrymandered district.

Andy Harris is firm in fighting for rural interests and rural residents which the people of the Eastern Shore definitely need especially as O'Malley steps up his war on rural Maryland through PlanMaryland and the septic tank laws and his refusal to allow natural gas fracking in the mountains.

So not asking the president for disaster relief after Sandy at first was working for his Ocean City Constituents?

OBama wouldn't care anyway. The Democrats know how to punish the regions that don't vote for them. Besides Martin O'LLiar probably already asked for relief.
