    Default Final Rankings

    1. Gilman- They are the best of the best
    2. River Hill- I agree with Oil Can they have an amazing ground game
    3. Arundel- Offense is incredible but can they stop a ground team?
    4. Calvert Hall- Would love them to be in the 4a playoffs this year
    5. St.Pauls.- Wish they could play in the 3a playoffs
    6. Westminster- they are explosive and the 4a favorite
    7. Atholton- starting to play better- can they upset River Hill?
    8. Franklin- talent everywhere hope they don't sleep on Hereford
    9. Mcdonogh. a ton of talent. can they shock the world?
    10. South River- nice win vs old mill but may lose the rematch
    11. Old Mill- Having a strong rebuilding season
    12. MSJ- still alive in a dissappointing season
    13. Meade- have a tough draw but have come a long way
    14. St. Frances- a shame they are not in the 2a playoffs
    15. Dunbar- only loss is to Calvert Hall

best of the rest- Milford Mill, Edmondson, North Harford, Spalding, and Loyola

McDonogh & Mt. St. Joseph do not belong in anybody's top 15. Milford Mill & Edmondson would be better replacements.

Mcdonogh and MSJ would be 20 point favorites vs those 2 respectful and good programs.

Maybe. Maybe not. Nonetheless, their records don't warrant inclusion in any credible final rankings list.

I do try to base my rankings on who would beat who. Strength of schedule and recent victories has to be a large factor in in any poll IMO. AN example is Notre Dame is 9-0 but I believe deep in my heart that LSU who has 2 loses is better than Notre Dame due to opponents played in a week to week basis. Plus Gilman has two loses. I would need to but them outside the top 5 on that thinking.
I would like your rankings because you seem to have a great knowledge of metro football.

Your list has mostly the same teams I would have, except for the two I would omit.

If I took those two out based on Records I would put Milford Mill and North Harford in because they are reallly tough this year. Milford has four high quality wins (Dougless of Balt, Perry Hall, Hereford, and Catonsville) and North Harford has two tough early season loses (Hereford and St. Pauls)but have ran off 7 in a row. Funny thing is they play one another on Saturday should be a great game. Who do u guys like??
