Feeling generous, so I went with 11-5.

Feeling optimistic that we split the last 8 and go 10 - 6

    And the Redskins.

Rice and Pierce remain strong and their running improves Flacco's passing. Defense tightens up a bit helped by Suggs regaining strength and the offense using more clock.

    10-6

Sadly I think the record is going to come down to Cam's playcalling and that's a scary thought

I'm torn between 9-7 and 10-6. Even at 9-7, the way the rest of the AFC looks now, that could be enough to get to the post season, but unless the Ravens show more of that opening game prowess, it will be a very short post season.

I think the Ravens will beat: Oakland (7), Washington (8), and maybe Cincy away and/or the Steelers at home, and lose to Denver at home, the Steelers away, San Diego away, the Giants at home. The difference between 10-6 and 9-7 wil come down to the final game of the season against Cincy.

I completely agree with that prediction. It would not surprise me if we get swept by Pittsburgh this year. With the exception of Suggs, the guys who lay the wood in that game year in and out are either injured or no longer with the team.

I'd have to say that 12-4 is looking pretty good at this point...to be fair I did pick 11-5 (as I did before the season started).....it would be rather disappointing to finish 2-3 over the last 5 games....

So you think the Ravens will win 3 of the last 5? (Steelers, Redskins, and...?...Bengals? Broncos? Giants?)

I'd say: Steelers, Redskins, and Giants.

At least 3... Steelers, Redskins, and Giants...They should beat Denver (only because the game is here and Denver's running game is suspect...) By week 17 both the Ravens (#2 Seed) and Bengals (#5 seed) will have sewn up playoff spots and will be resting some starters..a loss won't be a big deal...only way that changes is if the Ravens are in a position where they need to win to capture the #1 or #2 seed...

a 4-1 finish is not out of the question....

The way this year has gone...NOTHING is completely out of the question. (By the same token, neither is 1-4, although I think it's highly unlikely. I don't think, however, that 2-3 is highly unlikely, although I think a 3-2 finish is the "most" likely.)

Actually, OCF, the sub-500 for the next 5 games seems the least likely. As for the rest, the way this team has won in so many different ways and against some of the best QBs and defenses, I would not be surprised (but totally happy) if they went 5-0 or 4-1.

Running the gauntlet with both Mannings (albeit at home, which makes a big difference) and Dalton @ Cincy, which has always proven to be a tough venue...I don't know...

"Some of the best QBs'" is a far cry from THE best QBs, and that's what the Ravens will be facing in "The Mannings". It'll be an interesting end to an interesting season, that's for sure, especially, as others have pointed out, when you factor in Cameron.

It's the old Manning that worries me due to past ownage. Regardless, my 11-5 seems more realistic than optimistic.
