People generally vote for the lesser of the two evils.
I don't think that most thought Obama was/is doing a great job. But given the circumstances he inherited, I think many felt he was doing the best that might be expected. Much more work to be done, however.
With Romeny being a flip-flopper, did we really know what to expect. I looked at his economic plan...and quite frankly, wasn't impressed.
He was the best candidate they had.
Maybe the best they ever will.
I love the inability to look at the larger picture.
Obama's policies are very similiar to Clinton's. Healthcare, Clinton wanted a more "socialist" plan; raised taxes as needed; cut military spending; multi-lateral foreign policy. But of course Clinton has a great economy going for him. Obama doesn't have that luxury. More people on food stamps when unemployment is high--alert the media. And SS and Medicare expand when the BB bubble starts hitting retirement.
I love the sober concern of all the right wing about the country going to hell, acting like they are the grownups. Seems to me not too awful ago, the right was consumed, CONSUMED by an intern giving a bj in the Oval Office. Cuz they always put the well being of the nation first.
What a crock.
I know losing sucks but stop the facade.
It didn't have to go the Supreme Court did it like someone else we all know. Instead of weeks late finding out who the president was we found out at 11:00pm.
Isn't it great Obama Won !!! least you can do is be happy that you'll have something to complain, b i t c h and moan about for the next 4 years.
(Are you still wearing your "I Voted " sticker who have taken that shlt off yet ? )

I agree with your premise but I don't think Romney is lackluster. The problem is they forced him to be someone he is not. The real Romney is fiscally conservative and socially moderate. The problem is they wanted him to be socially conservative and forced him in that direction so Romney was all over the place.
Who's the silliest? Carl Rove, Billy O, or Dick Morris?
