Stealha Dixon had the stones to blame the economy. Did the economy cause her pension to be not paid?

"The economy has been a factor," Dixon told the 11 News I-Team.

Dixon resigned as mayor two years ago after a jury found her guilty on a misdemeanor embezzlement charge for using gift cards intended for needy city children on herself instead. As part of her plea deal, she was ordered to pay $45,000 to charity, but probation officials have accused Dixon being in arrears in the amount of $13,640.

How many payments does $13k represent? Most of them?

I think Sheila Dixon is a worthless human being, that said those gift cards were never intended to go to needy children. Those gift cards were a payoff bribe from contractors, something that is probably done with just about every politician in this country. Our system is broken and corrupt she is just the one that got caught.
