I'm not a democrat, so I wouldn't know... nor do I assume any responsibility for them.
However, it seems to me that working (read; spending) to eliminate fraud and loopholes would go a long way, management wise. Realistic budgeting and Congressional cooperation wouldn't hurt either.
If you weren't born yesterday then I'm guessing you do have an idea how a true liberal would spend versus how a true conservative would.
I consider myself a "true" liberal, yet I manage my finances quite conservatively. I find that to be pretty generally true.
Even the former Socialist Bernie Sanders, when elected mayor of Vermont's biggest city, balanced the budget and greatly reduced fraud while running a pretty "liberal" show.
I know what you're getting at, but distain it as a strawman, produced in a feeble attemt to make a point.
