Give me someone like Colin Powell, with experience and an ounce of moderation, and I can come into the GOP tent, with no hesitation. But put someone like Rick Perry up, and I will once again be back on the fence.

It'll be interesting. The VP typically gets first dibs at running after serving 8 years, and Biden isn't too old. If the GOP puts up someone halfway decent, it's a good bet that we'll be switching back.
