I'm done with this moronic argument. When people are discussing black culture, clearly they're talking about race. When the thread title says city schools failed the black community, clearly we're talking about race. I wasn't saying anything Earth shattering, but you can't help but to jump down people's throats for the stupidest little things. How insane!

If you can't understand what I was saying and think I was saying that I believe black males can't learn then it isn't me who is the moron here. The other poster said it was a specific black culture that didn't encourage academic achievement. Not all or even most blacks are a part of that "culture". You are the one who kept omitting the qualifier of that particular culture. So who is the moron, or are you just being disengenous (dishonest)?
