Default Essex "man" kills girlfriend with knife

    http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/mar...,5615284.story

Another stupid animal kills his girlfriend after some kind of argument.

    Another perfect death penalty candidate.

Police say John W. Falkenstein Jr. of Essex stabbed Janet Palasik, 48, after the two got into an argument. Palasik's daughter had called 911 Monday to have officers to check on her mother who had gone to Falkenstein's home in the 700 block of Myrth Ave. on Nov. 4, police said.

Officers spoke to Falkenstein at the home, and found Palasik, of the 1100 block of Maple Road in Essex, on the kitchen floor covered with a blanket.

Yep. And it won't happen -- as if there is any reason for him to continue to breathe.

Death penalty is not even able to be used if murder is pre-meditated. You are calling someone an animal for killing someone else but that is just what you are condoning. Hypocritical much.

First degree murder is a capital crime in Maryland and first degree murder is pre meditated.

I also understand how much you want to hate on me, but wanting a person to be tried for murder with the death penalty as an option is not the moral equivalent of stabbing your girlfriend in the head.

I meant to say you can't try someone for death penalty unless it was pre-meditated. And an argument that turns into a murder doesn't fit the law.

We do not have a enough info to judge premeditation.

I did not advocate murder. I called it "Another perfect death penalty candidate".

Shouldn't you be talking about banning all knifes?

I just hope O'Malley and his liberal elites don't try to ban the death penalty again. They will not rest unless we are the most liberal state in every issue. They have already passed gay marriage and are giving in-state tuition to illegal aliens using our tax money. THey're already raised the minimum wage again, raised more taxes, insissted on building more mass transit an now want to force companies to give paid sick leave. I wonder when these liberals will stop.

Maryland will not pass the death penalty, but this case is deserving of it.
