    Lee MacPhail, a longtime Major League Baseball executive who served as Orioles general manager from 1959 to 1965, died Thursday evening at his home in Delray Beach, Fla. He was 95.

    If you live in Harford County, and don't know it already, MacPhail Road in Bel Air is named for the MacPhail Family. They owned the farm that became the upscale neighborhood of Glen Angus and Maryland Gold and Country Club.

    RIP Lee McPhail.
    He was part of what made the Orioles great.

    I didn't really get to see what he did while he was with the O's, but it sounds like he was a big reason for the "Oriole Way."
    It's good that AM had made time to spend with him.
