The only market the Keystone pipeline will "flood" is the Chinese Market because it is a Canadian pipeline for exported oil. I've actually been thinking about your question even though it wasn't directed to me.

Off the top of my head, I'd say it took about 10 years to get out of the Depression. The recession hit around 2008, but I don't know if it qualifies as a Depression.
