Face it, Romney's campaign was poorly run. He listened to people who told him what he wanted to hear. He didn't just stretch the truth, he flat-out lied. I believe someone counted them at 900+ lies and that wasn't counting his flip flops. For someone who said he likes to fire people who work for him, it seems he fired too few (if any) this time. He got beat by a better candidate whose campaign was run as an A-1 operation.
Romney's campaign was poorly run, he's too nice.

A-1 operation? Would you want Reid in your house or anywhere near it? The slime he trails is 3 inches thick and draft dodger Biden laughing like a baboon when asked about Libya was a all time new low especially when he lied about 4 men's deaths.

Lets see how the "General Betrayus" thing plays out, I only hope he lives long enough to testify.

The Obama campaign lied contantly as well. The only difference is that Obama, Biden, Wasserman-Schultz, et al, got away with it -- thanks to his buds in the mainstream media. I'm not faulting him for using whatever help he could get.

The right's problem was they kept believing Rove and Bennett. It was post like this that caused their defeat.

Obama Beware: Main Street in Revolt

I am simply spreading the good news. Main Street America does not want this President, and they are going to speak loudly on Tuesday.

I don't think I said the Obama campaign didn't lie. I read a sampling and some of those "lies" are lies and, IMO, some are not.

Did you see the people in the Romney campaign HQ crying on Tuesday ? That was sad...for about 5 seconds

I can clearly see you're still in the second stage of grief. As the days , weeks and months progress you'll be all right, you'll come around and be able to go on with your life. You'll feel normal again, that hole inside won't feel so bad or so deep.

If anyone wants to correct my figures, feel free to do so. This is my best guess without researching.
    Thank you

I hope he is successful. Nothing would please me more at this time. I have Benghazi issues with the President, but I can discuss that elsewhere.

Enough of the Benghazi crap, let it play out.

Plus of course a 'new' broom at the CIA where arguably one of his biggest Republican 'star' political rivals for 2016 in General David Petraeus, and probably the head of the agency that bungled Benghazi, handed his rear to the President on a plate.

I remember a news report when Petraeus was sent back to Afghanistan to replace his subordinate MaChrystal, and after Petraeus had a couple of after dinner drinks was quoted as saying to a fellow officer that the President was "f***ing with the wrong man! How ironic when the table is turned and your words come back and bite you in your rear.

Love those Honey Crisp apples, worth every penny more

That was in response to a poster who was was skirting the issue about how long it has taken previously to right the ship during economic down turns, not to mention cooperation, needed to do so.

I did not say that you claimed that Obama didn't lie. Of course you are free to have your own opinion on constitutes a lie and what does not.

It's nice of you to be so supportive of the families. I'm sure they refer to what happened as "Benghazi crap".

There are some concessions that have already been made that put the ball squarely in the Obama Administration's court. The REST will play out, but I have every right to question and post about what happened and will continue to do so without your permission.

You don't have to like it one bit, but the truth is what it is.

It was about the history of economic down times and how long it took to right the ship. Thank you for answering

Those apples are good and you're right, worth the extra $$$.

I think in the months to come, we will begin to see if there is any movement or cooperation between congress and Obama. It takes a strong leader to right a ship after it has sank and possibly even more difficult when that ship is taking on water before is sinks. I am cautiously optimistic as I want nothing more than to see things turn around in the next 4 years.
