Story goes that one night last week, Sector 2 of the NWD went out three cars short. That means that 5 Officers drove around from CALL TO CALL TO CALL TO CALL TO CALL in just 2 cars. To be sure, there were more Police cars on their lot, but they didn't have the authorization to use them, so they went out short.

The issue here is that you can have all the resources you want, but if you the command doesn't use them correctly, then you are pretty much screwed over.

    Cool Caprice?

GM stopped making the Caprice YEARS ago! Closest they would have is the Impala now.

The current Caprice PPV is made by Holden in Australia.

$2 Million for new police cruisers seems like a bargain compared to over $600,000.00 for new gd video phones for city hall. The federal government doesn't even use video phones.
