One where purported adults actually behave like adults and take responsibility for meeting their own individual needs without forcing themselves onto others.

Nope not good enough. You have to tell us what you will do to create your perfect Country. You are very outspoken on the faults of this country but we want to know what you would do in your world. Not everyone will agree with you so how will you deal with this? Let us begin with just some rules or laws you would have. How you intend to pay for your programs and how you gov't will deal with countries who don't like your way of life. How will you deal with people getting sick and unable to pay, how will you deal with the energy. How would you make money for everyone to be equal. How will you deal with lawless people. What about the natural disasters, what or who will take care of this. So much to do but you have a way of using words to avoid the issues.

I would start slowly... the 'war' on drugs would be ended, the rest of the world would need to see to its own defense (with the US military being repositioned for actual national defense), internationalist organizations promoting an anti-civil liberties agenda (e.g. UN) would be defunded, the liquidity spigot of the Fed would be shut off, economic fascism would be ended (if your business model results in bankruptcy then that is where you go), medicaid would be ended, any social(ist)/racist justice program would be ended, participation in social(ist) security would be made voluntary - those opting out would not receive any 'benefits' but would not be forced to contribute (those that have paid in would get every single cent refunded) and any 'program' associated with the supporting of breeding of those unwilling or unable to pay for their feral behavior would be ended.
