    If that is the case, then I really don't have an issue with that. I didn't read up on it because it really wasn't something I was that interested in. Guess I should have. Is it 18 or 21?

    Note: After reading and watching the GOP response to their election lost, I've concluded the teaparty is the future of the GOP.
