$1.8 Trillion Shock: Obama Regs Cost 20-Times [as much as Obama's] Estimate

Current federal regulations plus those coming under Obamacare will cost American taxpayers and businesses $1.8 trillion annually, more than twenty times the $88 billion the administration estimates, according to a new roundup provided to Secrets from the libertarian Competitive Enterprise Institute.

And it could grow, warned the author of the report, Clyde Wayne Crews, a CEI vice president.

What business is going to want to 'comply' with this load of statist excrement?

Any company that can ship jobs/production overseas that is not doing so is violating its fiduciary duty to its shareholders. Let the compliance contracting companies starve.

    Airworthiness Directives: Airbus Airplanes

SUMMARY: We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A318, A319, and A320 series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by fuel system reviews conducted by the manufacturer, which revealed that certain fuel pumps under certain conditions can create an ignition source in the fuel tank.
That's right, we certainly don't want to try to stop airplanes from blowing up.

Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans: Maryland; Low Emission Vehicle Program

SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to approve several State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Maryland. These revisions pertain to adoption by Maryland of the California Low Emission Vehicle Program (LEV), or California Clean Car Program. The underlying Maryland regulations require all new 2011 and subsequent model year passenger cars, light trucks, and medium-duty vehicles having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 14,000 pounds or less that are sold in Maryland to meet California emission standards.

It's only good if repulsians do it?

Down to the trademark “W”, W. Mitt Romney is literally the second coming of the Bush economic strategy that led to the worst American economy since the Great Depression.

Not only is Romney’s economic plan identical to that of George W. Bush, but his profits in the private sector were derived from shipping jobs overseas, one of the corrosive practices that has eroded the middle class and created structural unemployment across the Rust Belt and beyond.

Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Republican Texas Governor Rick Perry called the work W. Mitt Romney did “vulture capitalism.”

If you had joined before January 2011, you, also, would have known that the only things I agreed on with the previous regime were the tax cuts and holding back of the fascism of the EPA.

There is only vulture socialism (there is no such thing as vulture capitalism). Obama has already told you (yes you) that 'foreigners will not tolerate.' The best way to ensure the tolerance of foreigners is to end the Reich-wing jingoism of 'American jobs.' Those jobs belong overseas... to foreigners. Thankfully, the current regime, with its orgiastic regulatory orgy, will help to ensure that even more jobs get shipped overseas (where they belong)... for tolerance, acceptance and peace.
