Since the government takes 7% of my salary and places 2% in the general fund then puts the other 5% in a pennsion system with one of the lowest payouts and is financially solvent if left alone but instead they further "borrow" money from it to pay for other things, No I did not count the pension. I also get my benefits from my wifes job except Dental so I will tack on that cost of about $300 and the life insurance of about $50

None of that makes it all anything other than a political/social concept. The actual manifestation of any right exists only by mutual consent and is protected by the force of the group.

'More qualified' would depend. Someone with hands on management experience in regards to the game species of relevance would be a better fit than someone with a doctorate that focused on esoterica and minutia.

More qualified, of course, does not necessarily translate into a situation of requirement. If you have the stats on how many gamekeepers have formal academic training in wildlife biology, I would love to see them.

after thinking about it, letting red states go is the ultimate in deficit reduction-- the drain on the federal budget will ease and the collective IQ of the remaining states goes up...that's a win/win....

On one stipulation: that every aethiest, gay couple, gun banner and sex pervert also moves from red states to blue states.

Give us your tired, hard working, heterosexual, bible toting, firearm equipped citizens in return. You keep the reverse in your blue states, the way it is at present.

Make Austin the new nation's capital, and reroute our FICA, State, Federal income taxes from DC to Austin to complete the package.
