Default White supremacist rally "clowned" by counter protest

Outnumbering the racist 5 to 1 Charlotte gives them the boot in a kinder gentler way.

"Instead of shouting, the protesters used squeaky toys, whistles, and noisemakers to drown out the amplified speeches. Many dressed as clowns."

"When the speakers talked about “White Power,” the protesters sprinkled white flour. Another held a sign reading “Wife Power.”

"They said they wanted to make a point that racism is ridiculous."

"After two hours, the Klan and neo-Nazis put down their microphone and left with a police escort. Police followed them back to a parking garage on Fourth Street near the county courthouse, while protesters filled the street behind them."

    Good for them!

I see these tactics becoming popular.

Nothing in political life is as powerful as ridicule.

Westbury Baptist Church members were outnumbered and ridiculed, not too long ago, at Meade High School.

Racists and bigots were not welcome with open arms.

To me, this is a more effective way to deal with these issues. Yeah, these hateful people have 1st amendment rights, but it's preferable to me to counter protest and deal with them in this manner instead of saying "there oughta be a law" as some of my friends think.

Thought it was pretty funny when they tossed white powder and in the air whenever the idiots started yapping.

Yeah, and maybe one day this anti-[white]racist, anti-[white]Supremacist group will use the same tactics against the New Black Panthers and La Raza and other [Black/Hispanic]racist [Black/Hispanic]Supremacist groups when they speak in public too! And maybe Barack 'Typical White People' Obama will have a sex change operation, become a singer, and call himself 'Mrs. Miller'. And maybe Eric 'My People' Holder will be his booking agent.

it falls on itself....kind of very self-explanatory....but just for you I'll try to make you understand....if the last 4 years of painting the president as not one of us wasn't bad enough, now the rwnjs insist that since they didn't get their way, they would like to see the country divided in to those who live in the 21st century (blue states) and those who live in the 18th (red states)....if we are lucky, another civil war won't happen...but then again, there is no guarantee....

clear enough...you should I just stick rely on one syllable words just for you???

One doubts that these 'supremacists' are supreme at anything more than inhaling welfare benefits and being parasites upon their betters.

No, I meant how would "a house divided" apply to the subject of this particular thread? I understand that people in this country are more politically polarized then they have been in a long time but are you saying that all opposition to democrats and Obama is based on racism?

And what is the point of your insult and your hostility? I just asked you a question.

You apparently don't know the difference between a question and a statement. No surprise.
