The Ravens organization should look into this. A lawyer or more should find out if what they're doing is legal. Often it's not. The names of those taking advantage of these people should be publicized. Go ahead and charge a parking fee for the unused lot, but don't scam and hurt people just for a big buck. How many city cops were caught up in this scam? It's very close to being criminal, on its best day.

I agree with all of that, but to be clear, it was in AA CO, not Baltimore, and absolutely no police involvment as far as I can see.

I believe a story will be appearing in the press soon about it so stay tuned-- also I am indeed going to file a small claims action against them.
