Default Who Do You Think The 99% and OWS Marchers Voted For ?

Those "vermin scum" as they were called by many from the right. What % do you think voted for Pres. Obama or Mitt Romney ?

Or do you think they just stayed home watching T.V too lazy to go out on Nov 6. What about the California college kids who were drenched in pepper spray during a peaceful protest, do you think they voted for Romney ?

The most important thing to a politician, above all else is votes. Without them they are nothing. There is no monarchy in America, no kings or lords who are guaranteed their positions for life thanks to that wonderful document known as 'The Constitution' and it's self correcting safeguards.

This election no doubt was historical probably even more so than the last. One of the things it did that historians will look at is it nudged the republican party into the 21st century and away from the idea that this is still the America of the 1940's and 50's and toward the realization that changing demographics mean a changing electorate and you cannot write of entire segments and think you are still guaranteed to win.

BTW... I think the 99% and the OWS who did vote, I think most of them voted for Obama and helped him to win.

Well, since Obama didn't get 99% of the vote, you're probably worng about the first assumption. As for OWS, you are most probably right, as far as it goees for those of them that bothered to vote at all. So I guess they want 4 more years of demanding other people's stuff, with no jobs, while sleeping in the park, and being strangers to good manners and acceptable standards of hygine. More power to them, I say.

They called themselves the 99%. Of Course Obama didn't win 99% of all voters.

I ask you bullmikey when you are in the mall, restaurant or theater are you surrounded primarily by Obama voters in those establishments who are there as a result of taking stuff or do you think most of them work or have worked for what they have. Or do you think they must be Romney supporters by the very fact that they have nice cars and money to spend ? Do you think most people in America are leeches and that's who gave Obama another four years ? Do you think no one who voted for Romney gets food stamps, section 8, medicare, a govt. check , WIC or a cell phone.

The republican problem is they are all to ready to group and lump people in to categories with the idea that if you see one it represents them all. Every Hispanic is a illegal immigrant or harboring one. Every black person with a cell phone got it in their "free stuff packet" from the government. Anyone who protested during OWS was a vagrant waiting for the free sandwiches to be handed out and lurking to rape some college co-ed behind the bushes in Central Park.

The "free stuff" theory being proffered by the sore losers of the republican party will be short lived and crushed before the spring but in the meantime I guess we'll have to hear it till common sense and reality settles in.

The "free stuff" attitude cost Romney votes from people who work hard and long to get what they have and yet many of you cling to the idea as though it is some kind of balm to help soothe the scathing rejection by the American people of the current republican vision.

The irony here being that the progressive love affair with centralizing wealth and power in Washington actually benefits the 1% the OWS crowd protests against.

The Orciban (Orcs on Wall Street) voted for free shiznt. Never forget the Libbie motto: "Say no to work. Say yes to looting."

The OWS group has morphed into the OS (that's Occupy Sandy for those who can't figure it out). Google it; it might surprise you.
To retaliate in kind would do nothing but intensify the existence of hate in the universe. Along the way of life, someone must have sense enough, and morality enough, to cut off the chain of hate. ~~ MLK

Obama is far too right-wing for them. I don't think the Delusional Communist party had any candidates running for them to vote for.

Jill Stein and Rocky Anderson addressed many of the issues of OWS.

The Orciban (Orcs on Wall Street) domestic terrorist group's platform is one of looting from others to provide 'free' shiznt to themselves. The Libbie looter mantra was spray painted during the course of a looting 'direct action' social justice spree in Oakland. These are facts.

BTW, one did see some of the orc maggot filth carrying on with their Libgibbering on Wilshire Boulevard a few weeks ago... just as the LAPD was closing in. Perhaps they got a chance to really taste some of that gub'met boot that they have been licking?

But they’re not. In fact, nowhere near. So maybe they should start by facing the truth about themselves before they make a career out of judging others, huh? To be honest, I’d say OWS is more like 1 % than the so-called one-percenters.

I live in Philadelphia. I am one of about 14 Republicans in the city. Odds are almost everybody I pass anyplace whereabouts voted for Obama. I have no idea what the economic and/or employment status is of most people I see. This is a big city. Poor people go to the malls and movies too. And rich people often dress like slobs. So who can say?

No. But I didn't say that, did I? I said: "As for OWS..." I believe this qualified my remarks by pointing them towards a very specific catagory of leech.

    We were discussing OWS, remember?

I'm not interested in what the Republican problem is. Anymore than I am interested in what the Democratic solution to that problem might be. It's all politics and, thereby, self-serving and insincere.
